About me
Born in Antalya in 1983, she completed her high school education at Mahmut Celal Ünal Science High School and then earned her undergraduate degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2000. In 2005, Meriç Küçükcoşkun began her specialization training and doctoral studies in Periodontology at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry. She completed her specialization training in 2010 with her doctoral thesis entitled "Clinical Investigation of the Effect of Initial Periodontal Treatment on the Frequency of COPD Exacerbations".
During and after his doctoral studies, he primarily focused on the relationships between periodontal and systemic diseases, hard and soft tissue surgery, tissue regeneration, and PRF applications. He is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), Istanbul Chamber of Dentists (İDO), European Federation of Periodontology (EFP), and Turkish Periodontology Society (TPD).
